FRP Process Pipe Features:

1. Corrosion resistance: In a criss-crossed and scattered environment, different corrosion-resistant pipes can be selected according to the requirements of the medium.

2. Pressure resistance: Design and manufacture pipes and fittings according to the pressure required by the process. Carry out the charging test at 1.5 times the pressure required by the process.

3. Heat resistance: low temperature resistance is minus 70℃, high temperature resistance is 250℃.

4. Smooth inner surface,its roughness coefficient is 0.0084.good conveying,and no fouling,no secondary pollution,decrease the cost of the running &maintenance.

5. Good insulation performance and can eliminate static electricity after improvement;

6. Good flammability and self-extinguishing, flame-retardant, and flame-resistant after improvement.
